Concept appointed for all manufacturing and installation of bespoke furniture and joinery relating to the conversion of the iconic, grade two listed ‘Derby House’ care home in Buxton.

 

Situated in the historic spa town of Buxton this beautiful building set to undergo extensive refurbishment works transforming the former nursing home into luxurious apartments.

 

Set in the grounds of Pavilion Gardens and a stones throw from the Opera House and Buxton Springs.

Concept are proud to be a part of what is set to become Buxtons most desirable residential accommodation.

Concept successfully complete their most challenging project to date.

 

Being awarded the modular furniture package on the £3.5m MSV, Dwell refurbishment project in the height of the global pandemic presented our team with some unprecedented challenges.

 

Working within the restraints and measures required to deliver a multi faceted scheme during COVID-19, Concept successfully completed the rolling refurbishment, manufacturing all furniture required to deliver 362 bedrooms, en suites, kitchens and communal spaces.

 

Having partnered with Dwell on numerous projects, we look forward to our next endeavour together.

Concept awarded the development of RIFENG’s first Head Office and Warehouse in the UK.

 

Established in 1996, Rifeng are the worlds largest and world leading global supplier of piping systems. With over 7 global manufacturing bases covering USA, China, Africa and Europe.

 

The project scope consists of a comprehensive redevelopment of a 1.4 acre site – incorporating a brand new state of the art showroom, warehouse, office space and surrounding landscape.

 

We look forward to beginning works on this exciting redevelopment, set to be completed by 2023.

As a proud long term sponsor of the club, Concept were excited to assist Wilmslow RUFC in their ongoing upgrade of the clubs grounds and facilities earlier this year.

 

Our scope included new changing rooms fitted with individual player bays manufactured and tailored to suit.

 

We hope the new facilities can be enjoyed by all playing members of the club.

The latest venture in the restaurant chain was to open a brand new location in the centre of Wilmslow. This sought after spot in the heart of Cheshire required a setting suitable “to serve the best fish and finest seafood in a delicious and eye-catching way.”

Concept were happy to oblige.

 

The existing building required a full and extensive renovation to transform two individual buildings to create a new restaurant and bar. Our manufacturing, design and installation teams worked tirelessly to fast track this project in time for the restaurant’s launch.

 

Concept were delighted at the opportunity to collaborate with the fourth generation fishmongers and restaurateurs to help bring their fresh and vibrant take on contemporary dining to Wilmslow.
